📋 Description

• Test new features and fixes across the student portal, administrative dashboard, and mobile application • Develop test cases and record results with evidence, such as screenshots and videos • Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs, providing step-by-step instructions, environment details, expected results, and actual results, where applicable • Validate fixes implemented by the development team • Monitor and help resolve issues identified through reports from students and the Support team • Execute the automated test suite when necessary • Analyze reports and logs to identify failures and assist with root-cause investigations • Monitor the results of automated pipelines run daily • Test the mobile application using Android emulators, physical devices, and the Device Farm (TestingBot) • Work directly with the Development, Support, and Quality teams during testing activities and issue investigations

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of software testing, particularly manual testing • Knowledge of DevTools, including the Console, Network panel, and DOM inspection • Understanding of application architecture, including the relationship between the front end, API, and database • Intermediate-level Git proficiency • Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript • SQL for basic and intermediate queries • Task management tools such as Monday Devs, Jira, or Azure DevOps • Agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban • API requests and testing using Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno • Daily use of artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Codex • Technical English • Mobile application testing • Knowledge of or experience with mobile automation using Appium • Experience with MCP servers to optimize activities and tasks • Software testing certification, such as CTFL or equivalent • Experience with end-user-focused systems, such as learning platforms or e-commerce • Experience or knowledge working alongside UX/UI professionals • Previous QA experience, including internships, coursework, or personal projects • GitHub profile with personal automation projects • Completed higher education • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or technical qualification
