📋 Description

• Create and improve screens and features using established and widely recognized interaction patterns • Perform design QA after screen implementation by comparing the developed product with the Figma specifications • Identify visual and flow discrepancies and follow up on their resolution with the development team • Support user research by conducting interviews and usability tests based on predefined scripts • Administer, organize, and tabulate satisfaction surveys, such as CSAT and NPS, as well as qualitative research • Keep handoff specifications, design decisions, and change histories up to date • Create and maintain components and variants within the existing Design System • Identify situations not covered by the current Design System guidelines and flag them to the team • Gradually contribute to proposing experience and interface solutions and improvements • Compare screens implemented by the technology team with the Figma specifications and follow up on adjustments with the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Practical knowledge of UI design and digital interface development • Practical proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and variants • Basic knowledge of user research methods • Knowledge of moderated usability testing • Knowledge of design documentation and handoff • Understanding of the differences between satisfaction metrics such as CSAT and NPS • Use of artificial intelligence tools to optimize and improve the quality of deliverables • Familiarity with Design Systems, components, and variants • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or technical qualification • Familiarity with Nielsen’s heuristics, even at a basic level • Experience or genuine interest in education is a plus • Interest in or experience with learning-focused products is a plus • Knowledge of Motion Design applied to interfaces is a plus
