âą Support commercial operations, contract drafting and negotiations âą Collaborate closely with outside regulatory counsel, executive leadership and cross-functional teams
đŻ Requirements
âą Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school âą Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction âą 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and healthcare or life sciences matters âą Demonstrated experience advising on HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare privacy compliance âą Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and risk mitigation. âą Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. âą Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time (20 hours per week) capacity. âą Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
