• Define clear, quantified success metrics and leading indicators before building • Own outcomes and run structured post-launch reviews to iterate and improve • Define a quarterly roadmap based on insight and strategy • Actively engage with Sales and users to uncover pain points and validate problems worth solving • Use data to guide decisions and partner across disciplines
• 5+ years of product management experience • Experience building AI-powered products or data-compounding systems • Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales • Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams • Proven ability to define leading indicators, run experiments, and iterate based on measurable results • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines • Proven ability to make and defend high-stakes decisions independently
• Fully remote within UK business hours (BST/GMT) • Open to full-time employment or freelance/consulting arrangements
