• Be involved in the acceptance, execution, and delivery of all projects, programs, and the Prog management • Meet regularly with the teams to obtain feedback, provide recommendations, communicate adjustments/changes, and ensure continued alignment with the client business and technology teams • Identify, prioritize, and remediate any risks associated directly or indirectly with the assigned projects • Utilize the established tools to keep project on track and simplify the process of sharing the updates with the internal and client organizations • Leverage internal tools to view and track requests for the team • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques • Report and escalate issues with a solution on hand by following the proper chain of escalation • Manage the relationship with our internal & client stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in HealthCare, Information Technology, or Business Management; or equivalent work experience • 3+ years project managing experience in a fast-paced environment • Healthcare IT experience required - either Payor or Provider • Knowledge or experience in software development and the industry standards • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (social and emotional intelligence) • Two-way communication and feedback loop (negotiate, persuade, influence) • Managing and setting expectations across all levels • Champion of change (lead, motivate, inspire, transform) • Self-driven with little to no supervision.
