📋 Description

• Review, code and post incoming invoices • Manage ongoing accounts payable for multiple entities • Reconcile and maintain supplier/accounts payable accounts • Prepare and execute payment runs • Investigate invoice discrepancies and handle supplier inquiries • Support the implementation of an inventory/ERP system with automated ordering and pre-accounting in the ERP • Handle dunning processes and open items • Assist with monthly and annual financial close processes • Participate in process improvements and digitization initiatives (e.g., automation) • Support the integration of new companies/locations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial/vocational training or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in accounts payable or financial accounting • Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) • Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel • Good knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code) • Structured, careful and reliable way of working • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking • Very good written and spoken German skills
