• Onboarding, implementation and rollouts for enterprise customers • Project and resource management across multiple concurrent implementations • Team leadership and team building in Delivery, Implementation and Project Management • Delivery KPIs such as time-to-value, go-live rate and milestone adherence • Establishing and leading an enterprise delivery team • Standardization and scaling of implementation processes • Managing complex multi-stakeholder projects • Collaboration with Product and Tech on requirements and feature management • Recruiting and scaling the organization
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment • Proven track record in implementation, delivery or professional services • Experience with large ticket sizes/key accounts and complex rollouts • KPI-driven with a strong focus on process excellence • Experience in building teams and people leadership • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus and will be given preference
