• Strategic market development & lead qualification • Identification and prioritization of strategic hospital and medical care center (MVZ) accounts based on market potential, degree of digitalization, and decision-making structures • Proactive outreach and qualification of C-level stakeholders • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand digital challenges and processes in the clinical environment • Develop precise value stories and ROI arguments for diverse stakeholder groups • Full ownership of the sales cycle (Lead → Won) • Plan, manage and document all sales activities including forecasting, pipeline management and decision analyses • Ensure structured multi-stakeholder buy-in and navigate complex decision paths within hospital groups and operator companies • Contract negotiations and closing in close collaboration with Operations and Customer Success • Build long-term executive relationships and position medflex as a strategic digitalization partner • Participation in specialist conferences, industry events and committees
• Several years of experience in strategic, analytically oriented roles — e.g., in strategic B2B sales, Business Development, Account Management, or top-management consulting • Proven ability to engage with C-level decision-makers, including navigating complex decision structures, developing business cases, and convincing executive-level stakeholders • Prior knowledge of healthcare decision-making processes is helpful but not required • Strong conceptual and analytical skills — you understand clinical processes as well as economic relationships • Senior-level communication skills, negotiation confidence, and executive presence • High degree of personal responsibility, drive and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset
