• Manage a community-based caseload aligned to your clinical interests and experience • Conduct comprehensive assessments across emotional, cognitive, developmental, psychosocial, and physical domains • Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy plans • Provide environmental modification recommendations for homes, schools, workplaces, and supported living environments • Prescribe and support the implementation of Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence and participation • Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and relevant legislation
• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist • 3–5 years of post-graduate experience, ideally within disability or community settings • Strong communication skills and confidence working with complex presentations • A proactive, client-centred approach and desire to help grow local services • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team culture • Interest in a preferred caseload area (e.g. paediatrics, complex needs, functional capacity assessments) — we’ll tailor this together
