📋 Description

• Connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through workplace injuries • Provide injury triage, first aid advice, support, and links to support services and resources • Provide personalised health management support and advice to employees with workplace injuries • Support clients with empathy and expertise to improve personal health and wellbeing goals • Coordinate supports and wellbeing services • Provide initial early intervention triage for physical and mental health services • Coordinate cases, liaise with stakeholders, provide email updates, and create treatment plans and other required documentation • Work within a Triage Team using clinical experience in a corporate work environment • Work telephonically from home or the office on a Tuesday-to-Saturday roster

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Paramedicine, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, or a related allied health field • Experienced Allied Health practitioner or Nursing professional • Full professional accreditation and current registration • Current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one • Evidence of completion of First Aid (Level 2) or Basic Life Support (BLS) training obtained within a hospital setting • Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills • Good IT and time management skills • Strong customer service focus • International applicants are not supported for this role
