📋 Description
• Connect with injured employees and their managers to support them through their workplace injury • Offer injury triage, first aid advice, and link them into support services • Support and care for clients with empathy and expertise to improve their personal health and wellbeing goals • Undertake coordination of supports and wellbeing services for motivated client population • Provide initial early intervention Triage with clients, supporting both physical and mental health services • Undertake relevant case coordination activity including liaison with stakeholders and provision of email updates
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced Registered Nurse with full registration • Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) • Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) • Caring and empathic nature • Experience care coordination or occupational rehabilitation desirable • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills • Good IT and time management skills • Strong customer service focus.
