📋 Description

• Independently lead projects and transitions in accordance with project management principles • Holistic control of project planning, development, and execution • Independently clarify personnel and technical resources, including ordering and monitoring required capacities, in close coordination with Purchasing and other internal service providers • Independently handle complex, cross-functional and conceptual tasks with a high degree of coordination • Confident application of problem-analysis methodologies and team-oriented problem solving • Ongoing process improvement across all processes • Support the Product Manager in developing customer- and industry-specific end-to-end solutions • Support contract structuring, particularly regarding standardized contractual elements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and assist in preparing proposal documents • Conceptual design of innovative projects • Serve as the project-related customer contact person

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a technical field, business administration (BWL), or equivalent qualification • Several years of project management experience using common tools • Affinity for and experience in the service business • Proven experience in monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with projects' commercial budget requirements • High level of leadership and interpersonal skills, facilitation ability, and assertiveness • Solid knowledge of transmission and production technology desirable • Quality management • Proficiency in the principles of contract law • Good written and spoken English
