• Lead and support a team of cybersecurity researchers, helping set goals, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality output • Work closely with business teams — editorial, SEO, product — to align research with broader company needs and strategy • Oversee the production of accurate, well-researched content on cybersecurity tools, services, and vulnerabilities • Make sure the team stays up to date with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the cybersecurity space • Help translate complex technical information into insights that are useful across different departments • Support team growth by creating better ways to share knowledge, onboard new members, and build expertise • Guide technical validation efforts — whether that’s fact-checking, hands-on testing, or coordinating with experts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a technical, research, or content-focused team — you're confident in setting direction and motivating others • Strong communication skills — you're able to work well with both technical experts and business stakeholders • A thoughtful approach to setting goals, tracking progress, and keeping work aligned with company priorities • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment • Background or solid understanding of cybersecurity tools, vulnerability research, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), or system administration is a big plus • Familiarity with threat modeling, secure coding basics, or technical testing is also helpful • You care about the quality of your team’s work and know how to build an environment where people can do their best
