📋 Description
• Editing social media content (Reels, TikToks, ads) • Translating clear creative briefs into high-performing videos • Using AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling or similar • Combining AI-generated elements with traditional editing • Developing and implementing hooks, transitions, and fast-paced cutting patterns • Creating variants for testing (hooks, intros, cuts, etc.) • Optimizing for retention, watch time, and scroll-stopping impact • Close collaboration with strategy and creative direction
🎯 Requirements
• Highly proficient in editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Experience in social media editing (not focused on traditional corporate/image films) • Entry-level to advanced experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, etc.) • Understanding of platform mechanics (hooks, pacing, pattern interrupts) • Ability to deliver quickly and reliably • Structured, independent working style
