📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks • Perform functional and regression testing • Improve QA processes and standards • Mentor junior QA team members • Help drive a culture of quality across the organisation • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for browser-based applications • Build scalable regression testing processes • Improve test coverage and testing efficiency • Contribute to automation framework improvements • Execute functional, regression, integration, and user workflow testing • Identify, document, and track defects clearly • Validate bug fixes and product enhancements • Ensure high-quality releases across multiple MedNext products • Perform API testing and validation • Validate integrations between system components • Assist with database validation and data integrity checks • Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and DevOps teams • Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release activities • Contribute to improving QA standards, documentation, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in web application testing • Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks • Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman • Approximately 3–5 years of QA experience • Experience in automation testing is essential • Experience mentoring or guiding junior QA team members is advantageous • Strong English communication skills • High attention to detail • Ownership mindset and accountability • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong collaboration and problem-solving ability • Passion for quality and continuous improvement
