📋 Description

• We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Danish CRM Manager to join our team and lead customer engagement efforts in the Danish market. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns that resonate with local players while staying compliant with Danish regulatory standards. This role spans both casino and sportsbook products and plays a vital role in driving retention, engagement, and lifetime value. • Develop and execute tailored CRM campaigns specifically for the Danish market, with a focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value (LTV). • Own and manage lifecycle, promotional, and engagement campaigns across casino and sportsbook verticals. • Ensure all CRM activities are fully compliant with Danish gaming regulations and promote responsible gaming best practices. • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance data to continuously improve results. • Use CRM platforms for personalization, segmentation, and campaign automation. • Collaborate closely with data, product, and marketing teams to create seamless and engaging customer journeys. • Stay informed on local market trends, player feedback, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with the Danish gaming market and a solid understanding of local regulatory requirements. • 1–2 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in the gambling or iGaming industry. • Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools such as Optimove, Symplify, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Strong understanding of segmentation, analytics, and retention strategies. • Experience working across both casino and sportsbook is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams. • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
