📋 Description
• Develop and refine software solutions that are central to the company's business objectives. • Design and implement innovative software programs and systems that meet strategic business needs. • Participate in all phases of software development from concept through deployment and support. • Troubleshoot and optimize applications to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. • Maintain and improve existing software, incorporating user feedback to enhance performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with overall business strategy. • Take ownership in identifying and resolving system-wide challenges and inefficiencies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Extensive experience in full-stack development, including proficiency in Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, and Git. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Familiarity with real-time data processing and multithreading. • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
