📋 Description
• Respond to customer inquiries across all channels • Investigate technical data-related issues • Triage and escalate tickets to appropriate teams • Monitor and update ticket status • Support Snowflake and AWS platforms • Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution • Educate customers on application features
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS) • Experience in customer support or technical support role • Proficient in SQL • Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally • Collaborative and problem-solving mindset • Must have the legal authorization to work in the United States.
