β’ Work closely with Medisolv clients to extract, transform and load clinical, financial and administrative healthcare data and health plan data. β’ Assist in loading and troubleshooting data issues from EHR vendor products (including but not limited to: Epic, Meditech, Cerner and EClinicalWorks). β’ Support CMS quality measures (HEDIS/Stars) and fuel downstream AI workflows. β’ Integrate with the data management team and become familiar with workflows and tools in Azure and AWS environments (Snowflake, Databricks, Data Factory, Glue, Lambda, SQL Server). β’ Review existing data pipelines, data models, and transformation scripts to support troubleshooting. β’ Investigate technical and data-related issues affecting measure results and mapping (e.g., SNOMED, ICD-10, RXNORM). β’ Apply SQL querying skills to investigate data anomalies within Databricks and Snowflake environments. β’ Troubleshoot data pipelines to support internal operations and client deliverables. β’ Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance data quality and reporting outputs. β’ Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business and client decisions. β’ Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in data integrity and consistency. β’ Partner with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights aligned with business goals. β’ Lead enhancements to data architecture, reporting capabilities, and data processes. β’ Support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive insights and AI-driven solutions. β’ Document processes and establish best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and consistency as the organization grows.
β’ 4β7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a hybrid role. β’ Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets. β’ Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud compute platforms using tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Data Factory, Glue, Azure Functions and Lambda. β’ Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data models. β’ Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. β’ Ability to map payer data: Get into the weeds of core health plan files. β’ Exposure to CMS & HEDIS Logic. β’ Experience creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or similar. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality. β’ Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. β’ Healthcare data experience, including familiarity with clinical or regulatory data, is a plus.
