• Drive end-to-end excellence in onboarding, planning, and operational integration of new strategic partners into Medison’s global ecosystem • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Finance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial • Design, lead, and continuously enhance Medison’s global New Partner and Product Integration Playbook and framework • Act as the central PMO and orchestration point across global and regional teams • Own structured planning, risk mitigation, governance, and performance tracking from deal signing through full operational handover • Develop and implement standardized global NPPI frameworks, governance, playbooks, templates, and activity trackers • Design end-to-end NPPI roadmaps and integrated commercial, medical, regulatory, supply, quality, IT/data, and financial readiness plans • Build timeline planning, dependency mapping, and milestone tracking tools • Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics • Lead global NPPI Steering Committees, Working Groups, and the cross-functional NPPI Taskforce • Translate deal terms into executable operational plans supporting go-to-market, launch, and brand plans • Identify interdependencies, resource constraints, and critical path items; drive decision-making and issue resolution • Lead partner onboarding, transition, and integration activities, including operating models, systems, processes, ways of working, decision rights, and escalation pathways • Support local markets and global functions during asset transfer, launch, and collaboration preparation and execution • Facilitate readiness reviews, risk assessments, and challenge sessions at key milestones • Design, implement, own, and improve NPI processes, templates, digital tools, and governance mechanisms • Ensure adoption of PMO standards, documentation, and reporting across regions and functions • Capture lessons learned and translate them into continuous improvements and best-practice standards • Build relationships with global functional leaders, Regional Vice Presidents, Country Managers, internal leadership, and external partners • Deliver executive updates including status summaries, scenario assessments, and recommended actions • Report to the Global Head of Commercial Operations
• Proven expertise leading complex, multi-country, cross-functional initiatives within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong exposure to partnerships, alliances, or asset in-licensing • Advanced PMO and program management capabilities, including planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting • Strong analytical and structural thinking skills • Experience operating across diverse geographies, including EU/CEE, APAC, and LATAM • High resilience and ability to navigate ambiguity, evolving deal dynamics, and competing priorities • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Strong business acumen, problem-solving orientation, and proactive mindset • Ability to lead without formal authority in decentralized, matrixed organizations • Highest ethical standards • University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the innovative pharmaceutical or biotech industry • Strong focus on New Product Introduction and Partnership Integration • Experience operating as a global PMO across multiple functions, including Technical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Pharmacovigilance, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Finance • Track record leading complex global or regional programs involving multiple stakeholders and external partners • Strong project and portfolio management expertise, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously • Fluency in English • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, global organization • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
• Regular international travel is expected • Additional languages (particularly European or Asian) are an advantage
