📋 Description
• responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Security and Core HCM • manage, develop, and consult with the functional teams and technical stakeholders • provide technical leadership by evaluating design options • ensure comprehensive, accurate documentation of configurations and design decisions • lead Workday bi-annual release activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and implementation of required features
🎯 Requirements
• typically requires a bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field • 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday Security and Core HCM in an enterprise environment • demonstrated experience supporting largescale HR transformations • strong understanding of Workday security architecture and governance • excellent verbal and written communication skills • proven ability to plan and manage Workday configuration
