• Own all aspects for project management of US and global quantitive healthcare market research project from award through final invoicing so that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations • Manage multiple partners at once to support the successful delivery of projects - including developing and executing strategies to proactively address challenges with fieldwork • Work closely with team members across MedSurvey to further strengthen and deep client relationships by identifying and addressing challenges, providing feedback on projects, documenting lessons learned, and providing input into proposals for the successful delivery of future projects
• Must reside in the US • 7+ years of experience in healthcare market research • 5+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work • Strong understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations • Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills • Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail • Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills • Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery and performance • Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization • A passion for curiosity and learning and a drive to succeed • Ability to manage complex challenges and address them head-on • Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
