📋 Description

• Monitor inventory performance across one or more Operating Units to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement • Analyse inventory portfolios to support optimization initiatives, including consignment reduction • Partner with Operating Unit teams and internal stakeholders to align priorities and support consignment improvement projects • Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales teams and internal stakeholders • Drive adoption of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) as a self-service tool across field Sales Teams • Gather local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes across Northern Europe • Support inventory performance and optimization across Northern Europe

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills • Power BI experience is a strong advantage • Strong written and spoken English • Experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on organization, accountability, negotiation and successful delivery • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred • Experience in inventory management, supply chain, business analysis, project management, or a related area is preferred • Experience working in a matrix or international organization is preferred • MedTech industry experience is a strong advantage
