• Provide technical product and system support in the operating room (e.g., navigation, robotics, implants, instruments, surgical systems) in coordination with the team • Conduct product demonstrations, in-service trainings and workshops for clinical staff, as well as internal sales training • Identify and align sales opportunities across the Cranial and Spinal Technologies product portfolio, analyze customer feedback and relay relevant information to internal stakeholders • Work closely with internal stakeholders (primarily Team West and with a focus on strategic accounts) to optimize customer solutions within our AiBLETM ecosystem (a technologically integrated ecosystem for spine and neurosurgery) • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality and company policies
• Degree in biomedical engineering, health management, or a comparable technical/clinical field • Experience in a medical environment, ideally in neurosurgery or spine surgery • Technical understanding of complex medical systems and devices • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Customer-oriented, structured and independent work style • Strong willingness to learn and flexibility • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Team-player mindset with strong relationship-building skills
