• Be out in the field and travel frequently to meet with clients and colleagues • Occasionally work from home or from one of our many offices across EMEA • Engage with surgical teams to assess opportunities for the expansion of robotic-assisted surgery • Engage with C-suite executive decision-makers involved in complex innovation projects and large technology adoption plans • Support surgical teams in leading hospitals to enhance and augment their clinical strategy through the use of the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System • Convince surgical teams of the benefits offered by the Medtronic Hugo™ Surgical Robotic System
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience leading negotiations and selling complex medical devices or capital equipment • Bachelor's degree • Native-level Finnish/Danish/Norwegian and proficiency in English • Maintain active networks in the field of surgery and operating theatres, with a network of surgeons with whom you connect regularly • Operating room experience
