📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical support and service of Medtronic Hugo systems at customer sites • Installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting medical devices • Providing training to healthcare professionals • Gathering feedback on product performance and communicating with internal and external teams • Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance • Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time • Installing, upgrading and removing products ensuring coordinative engineering field change • Maintaining effective customer communications and relations • Providing onsite training of customer support personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States) • Relevant experience as technician, clinical field service or clinical customer support experience • Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering, engineering or technology field (Nice to Have) • Experience with robotics or motion control (Nice to Have) • Previous experience as Technician/Field Services within medical device industry (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with most used test equipment • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner • Performed troubleshooting and repairs on medical devices
