• Plan programs in collaboration with the Sales Director and other groups to train customers • Provide customers with technical support regarding CAS products and procedures • Support the Sales and Marketing teams during presentations and the introduction of new products and therapies • Report all account-, market-, and competition-related information, trends, and metrics • Gather and report all customer feedback, product-related issues, and legal matters, as well as customer complaints concerning product-related events • Perform all administrative duties, including regularly providing activity reports to the Sales Director • Travel 80–100% of the time, with occasional opportunities to work in Western Europe
• Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy • Experience in the medical device industry, including in a hospital operating-room environment, is a plus • English language skills are preferred
