📋 Description

• Provide world class technical support to our patients and customers • Serve as a liaison between patients and our technical and marketing partners • Have in-depth knowledge of all relevant products • Perform technical activities requiring considerable judgement and have ownership of projects • Responsible for ensuring all documentation/system entries are fully complete

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills via phone and e-mail in English and a combination of Italian/Spanish, Italian/French or Spanish/French • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and multi-task • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Experience with working in a medical technical environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Service Now are a plus
