• Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of upstream marketing activities for the Stapling portfolio and Thoracic specialty. • Shape the long-term portfolio vision, driving customer-focused innovation. • Ensure excellence in new product launches. • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. • Analyze market data and manage events like conferences. • Create sales and marketing materials and manage campaigns. • Collaborate with sales and product teams, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and market development. • Proven track record in portfolio strategy, product launches, and pricing strategy. • Prior experience working in similar large-scale healthcare strategic initiatives. • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable plans. • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills with global and cross-functional stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in navigating matrix organizations and driving alignment across regions. • Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree. • Demonstrated expertise by creating innovative value propositions.
