📋 Description
• Lead programmatic oversight of Soft Tissue Capital sales processes across multiple therapies • Improve funnel conversion and reduce cycle times through structured sales coordination • Support account targeting, upgrade strategies, and portfolio expansion initiatives • Partner with commercial and T&E teams to align capital placements with market development needs • Provide insights and reporting to track progress toward capital revenue objectives • Enable consistent execution of the Pan-Medtronic capital strategy across regions
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Equipment Sales, program management, or commercial operations • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a complex sales environment • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities • Familiarity with Soft Tissue technologies such as Hugo RAS, which support minimally invasive procedures Urology, Gynecology and General Surgery • Ability to travel as needed to support field teams • Desirable: Experience working within surgical robotics, or prior exposure to capital-enabled commercial models.
