• You will drive the growth and management of the existing customer portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities in Operating Room Essentials (sutures, access devices, instruments and ligatures). • You will strengthen existing strategic partnerships and actively contribute to their long-term development. • You will coordinate and deliver training activities tailored to the various stakeholders involved. • You will execute all commercial activities related to product launches and customer presentations. • You will build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and market key opinion leaders. • You will represent Medtronic at trade shows, conferences and other industry events. • You will conduct regular competitive intelligence and continuously analyze market developments to provide actionable recommendations for the commercial activity.
• You hold a qualification in a medical, technical or commercial field, or you have equivalent professional experience. • You distinguish yourself through a structured, autonomous and rigorous approach to work, combined with strong commitment and an entrepreneurial mindset. • You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to varied audiences. • You are confident presenting and possess strong negotiation skills. • You work independently with a strong results- and solution-orientation, including when managing complex sales processes. • You are fluent in French and German and have a very good command of English, both spoken and written. • You are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in Microsoft Office. • Ideally, your place of residence is within the relevant sales territory.
