📋 Description
• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end analytics solutions, from requirements to deployment and optimization • Ensure analytics products meet Enterprise Operations Insights standards for data modelling, UX design, and storytelling • Drive adoption of AI-ready data practices, ensuring data is structured for scalability and AI consumption • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to align on architecture, dataflows, and optimized data structures • Actively contribute to building, testing, refining, and improving AI-driven analytics solutions • Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication, proactive updates, and expectation management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or application development • Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and SQL for analytics development • Experience designing data models and delivering scalable analytics solutions • Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global environments with strong stakeholder interaction • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) and modern data architectures • Strong communication, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement approach • Experience with UX/UI principles and familiarity with supply chain concepts are beneficial • Exposure to AI-driven analytics and modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, VS Code) is an advantage.
