📋 Description
• Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver regional Aortic Training & Education programs • Develop and maintain structured Aortic learning pathways, training materials, and course content • Support education programs related to Aortic therapies including EVAR and TEVAR • Partner with regional and country commercial teams to identify priority markets and training needs • Ensure training programs meet internal business objectives and customer needs • Continuously update lesson plans and training content to reflect new products and clinical practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience • Strong understanding of Aortic therapy workflows • Experience developing and delivering technical, clinical, or product training programs • Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, structured education content • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Willingness to travel across Asia and support non-traditional working hours when required.
