📋 Description

• Provide field support for clinical research studies, including site selection, activation, protocol setup, training, participant enrollment, case support, quality data acquisition, and study closure • Maintain frequent contact with principal investigators, sub-investigators, and research coordinators via email, phone, and on-site visits • Maintain knowledge of clinical sites in an assigned geographic area and assess investigators’ interests and capabilities • Communicate with in-house clinical trial leaders regarding the status and performance of multiple studies • Assist with device allocation, distribution, and reconciliation • Support the successful conduct of assigned clinical studies in accordance with regulations, guidelines, and policies • Interface with Monitoring, Data Management, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Clinical groups • Identify and mitigate quality risks and issues and oversee follow-up and resolution of site issues • Use SOPs and study management processes to guide everyday study tasks • Participate in training to enhance knowledge • Assist with oversight of activities performed by Contract Research Organizations and core labs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of clinical research/clinical experience OR advanced degree with 2 years of clinical research/clinical experience • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in additional European languages preferred • Good prioritization and organizational skills • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel up to 75% primarily within Europe • Experience working with or managing clinical devices, particularly in catheterization laboratories, biomedical engineering, hospital or clinical settings valued • Cardiovascular or cardiac rhythm management device training, or medical sales experience valued • Experience within the medical device industry valuable • Experience in clinical studies and/or trial site management and protocols valuable • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements for clinical trials valued • Professional certification in clinical research, such as CCRP, CCRC or equivalent qualification, advantageous
