• Lead marketing and market development initiatives for CST Capital and ENT across assigned indirect markets • Support customer education and therapy awareness activities to increase adoption and clinical engagement • Partner with sales, upstream marketing, distributors, clinical, and market access teams to execute regional growth strategies • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key customers and regional partners • Analyze market trends, business performance, customer insights, and competitive activities • Support campaign execution, congress strategy, and educational program development • Work closely with local market teams to identify opportunities, barriers, and action plans • Contribute to strategic planning, pipeline development, and business reviews • Drive data-driven marketing strategies and commercial dashboards to track therapy adoption, market penetration, and campaign performance • Apply structured problem-solving and process optimization methodologies, such as Lean, to streamline market development workflows across indirect regions • Leverage data analytics, digital tools, and AI-driven insights to optimize market segmentation, forecast therapy trends, and measure campaign ROI • Explore innovative digital platforms and automated marketing solutions to scale educational programs and stakeholder communication efficiently • Report to the Marketing Lead responsible for Indirect (ME & ICA) countries • Travel periodically across assigned markets for customer engagement, training programs, congress participation, and strategic business development activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, medical device, marketing, capital equipment sales, or market development roles • Experience collaborating across commercial, clinical, and marketing functions • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills • Fluent English • Experience working in the Gulf Region or similar multi-country environment is preferred • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex clinical and market data into actionable commercial strategies • Knowledge of ENT and/or capital equipment market dynamics • Previous experience in project management, market development, or therapy growth programs • Experience in process optimization, efficiency improvement, or Lean ways of working is preferred • Strong regional stakeholder management experience • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, or deploying data/AI-driven commercial initiatives within healthcare or medical devices • Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging technologies, AI-powered analytics, and digital transformation in marketing operations • MBA education or additional commercial training is an advantage
