• Lead the design, development, and global implementation of strategic sales training programs • Oversee end-to-end program implementation including content creation and stakeholder engagement • Partner with Global Marketing, Sales Operations, HR, and Clinical Education for program alignment • Establish KPIs and track program effectiveness, adoption, and business impact
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree • Proven experience in program and project management • Strong strategic sales acumen within the medical device industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in learning and development • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making • Proven change leadership skills • Familiarity with capital equipment and/or surgical sales models is preferred
