📋 Description

• Support, develop and execute the Reimbursement and Health Economic strategies • Secure reimbursement and funding for designated diabetes therapies • Support establishment of these therapies as Standard of Care • Cover key markets in EMEA region, focusing on Germany, Switzerland and Austria • Deliver relevant data and tools for country Health Technology Assessment (HTA) • Identify opportunities for reimbursement and support in HTAs and funding submissions • Execute health economic projects pre and post launch • Develop product value stories and identify evidence needs for reimbursement • Analyse and communicate relevant evidence effectively • Develop and deliver focused regional value dossier for timely use • Support local countries with selected reimbursement submissions • Drive initiatives to deliver economic value of diabetes technologies • Provide therapy specific and general reimbursement education and training • Collaborate with regional, country & business unit partners • Ensure high-quality delivery and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Economics, Health Economics or Life Science • Min 5 years’ experience in Reimbursement, Health economics, HTA and funding applications in a healthcare environment • Track record of developing and delivering reimbursement/market access strategy in Germany is a must • Experience with strategic value story development and in conducting outcomes research project • Good understanding of health economic modelling • Excellent oral and written communication in German and English • Strong project management skills • Strategic thinking and relationships building • Experience in Diabetes is desirable • Multiple languages is a plus • Ability to work across cultures and in a fast-paced environment
