📋 Description
• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders and healthcare professionals • Be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services • Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life-science, or another relevant degree • At least 1 year of selling or support and experience in the medical device industry • Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace • Fluency in English and Spanish • Full clean driver license • Knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyers, reimbursement) • Highly valuable experience in marketing knowledge, sales force competencies or computer literacy will be appreciated.
