📋 Description

• responsible for sales and clinical support activities in the Swiss Romandie and Bern region • Monitor surgical procedures, with a focus on therapy within the field of neuromodulation, on a daily basis. • Follow the programming of implants, instruction of devices and patient follow-up care in selected clinics. • Provide expertise and technical support to doctors and medical staff. • Plan and coordinate specific support, implement strategic measures, including preparation and realization of new products and new product launch. • Increase the appreciation of our range of therapies, ensuring profitable growth in so doing. • Cooperate with sales and marketing, mainly regarding events with customers (training courses, symposia, customer education). • Implement software updates on the programming devices, manage a CRM system (currently Salesforce Lightning) mainly aimed at customer data management. • Cooperate with supporting team in administrative-operational tasks. • Meet or exceed personal territory sales target and support team district sales target. • Prepare sales forecasts, quotations and contracts, bill material consumption. • Maintain our own inventory and customer consignment stock.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training and studies in the technical or medical field • Experience in tools for contract and quotation preparation, CRM systems • Strong communication skills tied to personal interaction and technical support • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach and sales affinity • Strong sense of duties and of responsibility. • Good collaboration skills and integrity with a friendly, open and confident personality • Fluent in French (written and spoken); business-proficient English required (company language); business-proficient in German (optional) • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region, including overnight stays. • Availability to move and travel within an area that comprehends Romandie and central Switzerland. • Valid driving license
