📋 Description

• Develop and execute a regional strategy to establish and expand new therapies • Identify market opportunities, customer needs and long-term growth potential • Build understanding of the therapy landscape, including procedure types, treatment pathways, hospital potential, pricing dynamics and reimbursement considerations • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinical leaders, hospital management and relevant stakeholders • Provide clinical and technical support for new and innovative surgery procedures using Medtronic surgical solutions and disposable surgical instruments • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders to support education, advocacy and therapy expansion • Analyse market dynamics, procedure volumes and competitive activity • Translate market insights into actions supporting strategic decision-making and business growth • Partner with sales, marketing and medical education teams on customer engagement plans and educational initiatives • Report to the Sales Supervisor • Travel approximately 70% across the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing or another healthcare-related discipline • Experience in the medical device industry, operating room environment, clinical support role or comparable healthcare-facing position is an advantage • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive activities from concept to execution in a developing or evolving market • Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills • Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region, with approximately 70% of working time spent in the field • Valid Category B driving licence • Professional level of Polish and English • Experience in general surgery, surgical oncology or another surgical specialty is an advantage • Knowledge of the Polish hospital environment, stakeholder landscape and reimbursement system is an advantage • Previous involvement in therapy development, market mapping or adoption initiatives is beneficial
