📋 Description

• Execute technical, clinical and skill training focused on sales, system implementation and customer support • Design and deploy training programs for new employees and Advanced Surgical Technologies business initiatives • Partner with local field management to support ongoing sales team development • Identify skill or knowledge gaps based on roles and responsibilities • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to identify training needs • Design and develop training courses aligned with organizational goals and objectives • Implement 80% standardization and 20% customization when required • Deliver clinical and technical content using blended, synchronous and asynchronous learning methods • Evaluate training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys and feedback • Create mechanisms to measure learning outcomes • Foster cross-departmental training collaboration and continuous improvement • Travel up to 50% across the region, with significant time at the IRCAD training center in Strasbourg, France and occasional international travel • Report into Western European Surgical Sales Training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Successful 5 years combined experience in two or more of: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas • Strong commercial acumen • Excellent communication skills • In-depth knowledge of successful field sales and support organization structure, processes, and culture • Operating Room knowledge, ideally with Robotic experience • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities • Experience in multicultural organizations, particularly different learning and thinking styles • Proven track record of ability to navigate and collaborate within a global matrix organization • Proven track record of both individual and team achievement with a natural drive for results • Experience with project management/project leadership • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently • Excellent spoken and written English is required • European language capability is desired
