📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between pharmaceutical partners, the medical editorial team, and scientific didactics • Coordinate projects and strategically plan content • Ensure that medical learning formats are scientifically sound and didactically high-quality • Act as the main point of contact for pharmaceutical and industry partners in the field of Medical Education • Manage projects from the concept phase through to publication • Structure and plan learning content in close coordination with partners and the editorial team • Organize and moderate kick-offs, feedback rounds, and approvals • Translate medical-scientific topics into effective learning concepts and curricula • Provide guidance on didactic structure, learning objectives, and implementation in digital formats • Ensure the quality, consistency, and relevance of content • Maintain close collaboration with physicians, medical writers, and designers • Further develop and standardize processes in project and content management • Implement efficient tools and workflows (e.g., AI-based processes) • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality metrics • Identify new topics and formats in collaboration with partners • Support the preparation of proposals and the strategic planning of new Medical Education projects • Monitor medical trends and regulatory developments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Public Health, Medical Education, or a related field • Several years of project management experience in Medical Education, Scientific Communication, or a healthcare agency • Ability to understand medical content and learning objectives and to structure them in a didactically sound way • Experience working with pharmaceutical companies and medical experts • Structured, solution-oriented work style and enjoyment of organizing and coordinating • Confident use of project management tools (Asana) • Interest in digital learning formats and AI-supported workflows • Excellent German and English skills
