📋 Description
• Support in planning and implementing marketing initiatives • Help with user acquisition and growing our channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) • Contribute ideas and collaborate on internal processes, automations and organization • Assist with research, reporting, tool management and operational to-dos • Work closely with the founders — gain insight into the entire company and have the opportunity to contribute your ideas directly
🎯 Requirements
• Currently studying in a field related to marketing, media, business or healthcare/medicine (not required but a plus) • Some initial experience in marketing, startups or digital projects is helpful • Independent, reliable, digitally savvy — and eager to learn • Proactive thinker, structured worker and pragmatic doer • Interest in healthcare topics and digital business models • Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
