📋 Description
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success metrics • Validate data logic, testing, and reconciliation across systems • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports • Write and optimize SQL queries and support ETL processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field • Experience with Snowflake and SQL environments • Strong SQL proficiency and analytical problem-solving skills • Experience with healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data • Experience with ETL processes and pipelines • Employment eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
