📋 Description
• Support healthcare partners in resolving insurance processing errors and denials • Manage claims inventory to reduce outstanding accounts receivable • Communicate with patients and insurance companies professionally regarding payments • Gather information from patients and agencies to determine eligibility and financial responsibility • Provide excellent customer service and timely responses related to billing and claims
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED • 2+ years of Denials Management experience • 2+ years Medical Billing/Follow-up experience • Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor experience • Proficiency with PC-based applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
