📋 Description

• Leading requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and document product requirements. Facilitate a shared understanding of outcomes across the business. • Visualizing technical design, system workflows, user journey, business processes, etc., to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the business outcomes. • Bridging the gap between business and engineering teams by transforming functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. • Building and managing a prioritized backlog of user stories for the team. • Collaborate with engineers to clearly communicate and refine product requirements. • Facilitating agile refinement sessions to foster a shared understanding of project goals and impacts across diverse teams. • Proactively improve existing processes to ensure we are collaborating efficiently and effectively across business and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related field. • The ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions. • The ability to write clear and concise documentation. The ability to clearly communicate complex processes to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Familiarity with Agile development principles and demonstrable experience working in Agile teams. • Experience working with API, web services, and experience working on web-based software projects. • Experience with Networking Technologies is advantageous but not required.
