📋 Description

• Support in building a scalable physiotherapy chain • Research & analysis on market, locations, and competitors • Use of AI for processes, automation & content • Contribution to BI topics (data sources, dashboards, KPIs) • Support for tool and database integrations • Preparation of presentations & decision materials • Support in sales & partner meetings • Work on Operational Excellence (improving, automating, and scaling processes) • Close collaboration with the founders in day-to-day operations

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Tech, or a related field • First practical experience (consulting, startup, or similar) • Strong interest in entrepreneurship & startups • High sense of ownership & hands-on mentality • Structured, analytical way of thinking • Affinity for AI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, automations, tools) • Very good German and English skills
