📋 Description
• Job role: Mid-Level Bookkeeper who can handle all daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly functions • Daily review of employee expense claims for accuracy • Daily categorization by GL account and class code of bank and credit card transactions • Matching bank and credit card expense transactions to existing expense claims and payments received to the corresponding customer invoices • Weekly emails to the team for missing expense claims • Assistance with month end reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts • Assistance with booking standard recurring month end journal entries • Accounts Payable invoice entry • Approximately 1000-1200 banking/credit card transactions per month • Approximately 450-500 expense claims per month • Approximately 25-30 customer invoices per month
🎯 Requirements
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related course • With 3 years’ experience in QuickBooks Online • Proven 3 years bookkeeping experience • Solid understanding on accounting payable principles • Proficiency in spreadsheets • A high degree of accuracy and attention to details • Must be fluent enough in English to hold a conversation and convey information
