📋 Description
• A Finance Manager is responsible for providing expert financial guidance by developing and monitoring departmental budgets, analyzing data, preparing forecasts, and generating timely financial reports. • This role involves collaborating with department heads to ensure budget compliance, leading projects, delegating tasks, and recommending process improvements based on financial performance and industry trends. • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in financial tools and applications. CPA certifications and/or CFA (Certified Financial Planner) are preferred.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferably gained from finance or accounting roles. • The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in finance management, accounting, business administration, or related fields. • In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards. • Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across functions. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Amenable to work on a US-based schedule and remotely. • Computer Specs: Fiber connection and has at least 20 Mbps download and upload speed. Has available backup internet. At least 8GB of computer RAM. If possible, SSD system storage. • The candidate must be willing to start as a one-month contractual basis.
