📋 Description

• Preparation and execution of energy cost settlements for heat supply • Maintenance and management of billing software as well as master and meter data • Handling tasks in contract management, particularly adjustment of advance payments and implementation of regulatory requirements • Point of contact for internal departments and external partners on contractual matters • Participation in monthly and annual closings and support with budgeting, forecasts and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, ideally with experience in the energy sector • Professional experience in energy billing, customer service, contract management or a comparable field • Knowledge of price adjustment formulas and a good understanding of relevant legal/regulatory requirements • Confident use of Excel and willingness to learn industry-specific software solutions • Analytical and structured working style with strong numerical affinity and meticulous attention to data accuracy • Independent and responsible work approach, clear communication skills and interest in process optimization
